#1.14 Security Risk & Compliance Researcher, CA

Job Description

Work as an industry visionary to consolidate various IT standards, regulations, and best practices under a comprehensive control framework.

Responsibilities

  • Develop security policies and procedures for risk and compliance management based on standards such as ISO 17799/27001, COBIT 4, and NIST 800-53
  • Lead the development of a large knowledge-base to include dozens of regulations and thousands of controls in a structured way
  • Develop reports to represent audit and assessment results at various depth
  • Stay current with compliance requirements and industry best practices

Requirements

  • BS in Information Management, Computer Science, or related degree
  • CISA, CISM, or CISSP certification a big plus
  • Strong experience in internal or external auditing processes with regard to information security and risk assessment
  • Hands on experience in developing IT policies and controls
  • Expertise in associating IT requirements and initiatives with business drivers to ensure successful implementations
  • Knowledge of risk management frameworks and security best practice guidelines, such as ISO 17799, COSO, COBIT, etc.
  • Good knowledge of security tools, techniques and methodologies a plus
  • Advanced written communication skills

Job Description

Work closely with the sales organization in all aspects of pre-sales support. Support sales by creating proposals and delivering technical presentations on Agiliance's security, risk and compliance management solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support for direct and channel partners' sale teams
  • Craft product demonstrations for use by the sales team
  • Participate in demonstrations and sales presentations
  • Proactively seek out new sales opportunities
  • Present technical value proposition to customers and partners with customer oriented solutions
  • Document client feature requests and issues.
  • Manage installation and configuration of systems for sales pilots
  • Work on-site with prospects and partners to help solve customer problems
  • Provide training to VARs, Resellers and Customers

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience at a networking or enterprise security management company
  • CISA, CISM, or CISSP certification a big plus
  • Experience with enterprise security applications, systems management, and IT security audit solutions
  • Strong presentation skills as well as the ability to build and present high quality product demonstrations to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Strong customer-facing and relationship building skills.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to create technical documentation.

4.2 Senior Security Architect

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers implementing company’s product suite including IT-GRC.
  • Provide security and risk advisory services to customers on all phases of product deployment lifecycle such as deployment planning, solution design, installation, product evaluation, pilot, technical support, and on-site consulting.
  • Provide real-time technical support to customers through phone and web technologies using CRM system.
  • Reproduce customer reported issues in the lab and resolve them.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date support tickets for each customer issue.
  • Work on advanced automated Security and Risk management technology being deployed by the enterprises in North America and Europe. Develop solid understanding and be able to explain to others security and risk management concepts such as GRC, IT-GRC, risk assessment, and ISO 17799/27001 certification
  • Assist/Mentor other staff in solving/handling the most difficult and technically involved trouble tickets.
  • Proactively contact customers on ongoing basis to ensure satisfaction with products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering
  • 5 years of post-baccalaureate progressive experience in the job offered or as Network Security Engineer, Sr. Security Consultant, Network Security Architect, Sr. Network Security Architect, IT Systems Security Auditor, or other job title(s) in network security required.

  • BS-7799 Lead Auditor, or CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), or CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) certification required

Job Description

Provide technical support to Agiliance's enterprise class security, risk, and compliance management solutions. Ensure customer relationship through proactive customer communications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide email and phone technical support
  • Build and maintain customer support portal and forum
  • Work with QA and development teams with escalated issues
  • Author and test workarounds for key issues
  • Review and provide contact for new product requirements and documentation
  • Assist with QA department for new product release activities as needed

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Technical Support experience
